Baron de

Plain-Point

Two major grape varieties of southwestern France were married for the occasion.
Henri IV has been dreaming of it. Baron de Plain-Point made it happen.

Harvest:  Manuel in small cases in early morning
Transport:  In cold store at 6°C
Pressing:  Pneumatic
Fermentation:  In 12 vats of 600 litre
Control:  Temperature at 18°C
Aging:   On lees during 12 months
Agitation:  With carbonic gaz
