Surface:10 hectares on a high area, with some

hillsides with exposure to the south, for the old vines. 
Production:50 000 bottles.

Soil:Clay and chalk, as well as clay and sand, with a mixture of conglomerates and
sandstone.  

Grapes: 

80%  Merlot
10%  Cabernet Sauvignon
10% Cabernet Franc

Density:7500 vines/hectare

Average age of the vines:42 years

Vinification:Manuel harvest. Traditional vinification in concrete vats, with natural local yeasts. 

Maturing:In barrels of French oak, during 16 months. 40% are new barrels.
