Produced:   At the winery of Plain-Point

Soil:  Clay and chalk, as well as clay and sand

Grapes:  100 Cabernet Franc

Density:  7500 vines/hectare

Vinificationcyclus:

Manuel harvest, in small cases, in early morning hours.
Pressing:
Cooling in cold store for the entire harvest at 6°C.
Pneumatic pressing.
100% of the juice after pressing will be fermented in 3 different parts in concrete vats.
Temperature will be held at 20°C.
Aging on lees during 6 months.
Conservation of the carbonic dioxide.
Agitation after 6 months.
Bottling in spring.
